General Questions

Q: What size are your cards?
A: Cards are A2 size - 4.25 x 5.5 inches. We cannot accommodate custom size requests.

Q: Are envelopes included with cards?
A: Yes, all cards include a coordinating envelope.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are not eligible for return. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping. We do not refund shipping expenses.
To begin a return, please email us with your name and order number. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping on returned items.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to show on your account.

There are no refunds after 14 days.

International sales are final.

Q: Can I cancel/modify my order?
A: Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Q: Can you write a message in my card and send it directly to my friend?
A: Yes! We love mail and helping you out! Please email us the message exactly as you would like it handwritten in your card and we will mail it off for you. Cards will be mailed in a stamped addressed envelope with our return address unless otherwise specified.

Q: Are your products available for wholesale?
A: Yes! Please reach out if you’re interested in stocking our products in your shop.

Shipping Questions

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Retail greeting cards, pencils, stickers, notepads, and glassware orders ship 1-2 business days after payment. All other retail orders ship 6-8 days after payment.

Q: Which shipping carrier do you use?
A: All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground at JSP’s discretion. Jones Street Press is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, weather delays, transportation delays, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Tracking is provided on USPS First Class package service, Priority Mail, and UPS Ground packages.
Tracking is NOT provided on orders of 1-3 greeting cards and/or stickers. To keep prices low, these will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail in a stamped envelope with no tracking. If you prefer to have your order trackable we highly suggest upgrading your delivery method at checkout.

Q: Why is my order taking so long?
A: We ship all orders in 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified. Unfortunately, mail carrier delays are beyond our control.

Q: How quickly can you get my order to me?
A: JSP does offers shipping upgrades. USPS Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 days for most locations (not guaranteed) and USPS Express Mail arrives in 1-2 days for most locations (also not guaranteed).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! However, we are not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or duties incurred on international shipments. All fees, tariffs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that orders are refused or returned. International sales are final.

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A: In the rare event you receive damaged item(s), please snap a picture of the item, the label, and shipment box and email to us within 72 hours of receipt. Be sure to save all the contents until your replacement or refund is complete.

Q: What should I do if my package is lost?
A: Misdeliveries happen and we want to help! If you have an order that is marked as delivered but you have not yet received it please take the following steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors or front office (when applicable) to see if it was misdelivered or left there by mistake.
  2. Reach out to your local post office. We recommend visiting the physical location, calling tends to get you nowhere. Be sure to have your tracking number if applicable.
  3. Contact us with your name and order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 5 days of the marked delivery date. Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package.

Please note, JSP is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect or invalid address at checkout.
